You may also write to us via postal mail at the address down the page. We currently do not accept tech support issues by phone and they will only be responded to via ticket below.

IMPORTANT: When submitting a support ticket, please provide all pertinant related details otherwise you will delay your solution (i.e. registration email, registration code, real name, phone, version, proof of ownership, etc). Use descriptive subject lines for your ticket. One or two word subject lines will be moved to the bottom of the queue (i.e. "help" or "support request"). We'll get back to you withiin 24-48 hours and if neccesary, set up a call to help resolve your issue.
