The screen won't let me register the game
Registration issues are caused by a number things - no internet connection, incorrect code, not providing a valid email address during registration, etc.
To resolve:
1. First, you need to run "Setup"
2. Ensure that you have a working internet connection. (number 1 cause of issues)
3. Ensure that you are entering a correct code - it must match what is in our system exactly. Codes are case sensitive to ensure your "caps lock key" is off.
4. Some codes have a "space" before the dash - i.e. "BLENDED -ICE". If you leave out the space, it won't work.
5. Ensure you provide a valid and correct email address where your license key will be emailed to. If you are not receiving they key, check your "spam" folder to see if the email is being sent there.
If the above does not help:
Try to register OFFLINE:
Go to: http://support.allegrorainbow.com/offlinereg.php
Choose your Product version (Windows or Macintosh)
Enter User ID and Registration Code
(Follow instructions on the page on where to find user ID).
Once successfully entered, the next page will request your details, including
email address. Please ensure your enter that correctly. Then check your email for your License Key. It should arrive anywhere from a few minutes to within an hour, depending on web traffic.
Also, check your spam folder to see if the email was delivered there if you don't appear to receive it.
