Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. Cursor won't move / Frozen Screen

There is an issue with Windows 10 and trackpads, particularly when a computer is upgraded to Windows 10.

IF you are using a TRACKPAD, try using a Wireless Mouse to see if this resolves the issue.
