Many commons questions have been answered on our site though our knowledge base and FAQ. If you still need to speak with us please submit a ticket below. When I run "Setup" my piano keyboard does not work.

To solve this problem unplug the digital piano and restart your computer.

After the computer has booted up plug in the piano and wait 3 full minutes. This will allow the O/S time to install the drivers and recognize the installed piano.

Then start the game and run the "Setup".

This issue applies to the Keystation-49e and eKeys-37 or any time you switch between piano brands on the same computer with Windows XP installed.
