We ship via USPS Priority Mail and Priority International. Please allow 1-3 weeks for order delivery, the longer side for international delivery. If ordering with keyboard, please note that it may arrive in a separate package and at a different time.

The weight of the keyboard increases your shipping cost. If practical, we recommend you purchase Academy Software Family Pack 50 (without keyboard) and purchase your keyboard in a local store, or an online dealer that specializes in keyboard products. Otherwise, we are happy to fulfull your order as you wish.

Returns (while rare) are easy and headache free. Your order is fully protected with our rock-solid money back guarantee on the price of your product. If for any reason you need to return it to us, simply submit a support ticket to receive a return authorization and further instructions.

Individual downloadable products are not covered under are return policy and all sales are final.
