For many years, we have enjoyed a poster on our studio wall that reads "Music is the universal language of mankind." We love that thought. Anger could find it"s expression through music rather than warfare. The love and spiritual understanding of music could be experienced and shared.

Through the years, especially after being with an audience like the one that was with us for the performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 in Orlando, older friends say that they wish they had learned to play the piano. Parents so often speak with us wanting their children to learn to play the piano. Nearly everyone says that they love music. Some never have the chance to study music or learn to play an instrument and yet, if that opportunity was more readily available, perhaps music could become "the universal language of mankind."

We follow the American Memorial Concert video performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 with this invitation to learn to play and read Beethoven and all the music one loves at "Piano Wizard Academy." A few years following the 9th in Orlando, we poured our efforts into the Academy to maximize the educational potential of this wondrous software creation by my student and our friend, Chris Salter. We have witnessed the power of music to uplift children and family lives in a whole new way with Piano Wizard. Join us. Thanks and God bless.
